Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegan sausage
- 1 Tbs Tomato paste
- 1 Flax seed egg
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 Cayenne pepper
- 1 Garlic clove (diced)
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- A pinch of Sea salt
Directions
Put all ingredients (except olive oil) in a bowl. Mix well. Make medium-sized balls. Heat olive oil. Add meat balls. Cook for about 5 minutes or until slightly brown on the outside.
Enjoy with vegetables or sauce of your choice.
